As Co-Founder and President of H2 Health Technologies, Inc., Houman Arasteh is responsible for overall operations of the company, including management of its overseas offices. His fresh perspective and powerful leadership abilities have established the strong corporate foundation that has helped H2 become a best-of-breed leader in the industry. Prior to being named as President of H2 Health Technologies, Houman Arasteh held the key executive position as COO of Channelfit.com, a groundbreaking online corporate wellness company. Drawing from his vast business experience, keen understanding of the health and lifestyle industry, and superior grasp of the work-flow needs of a fast-paced technology company, Arasteh expertly leads the day-to-day operations of an international team. Mr. Arasteh holds an MBA from Columbia University and received his bachelor's degree in Psychobiology from UCLA.

Asim Rhanja brings over 18 years expert experience to the position of Chief Technical Officer of H2 Health Technologies. His impressive background includes positions as Principal Software Architect at GE Healthcare (where he designed key infrastructure components for Enterprise Clinical Information Systems), Senior Software Architect at IDX System Corp, and he has consulted with numerous university hospitals and pharmaceutical companies including the University of British Columbia (where he designed patient management systems, decision support systems, and data warehousing and reporting solutions for managing clinical trials).Committed to improving healthcare service efficiency and quality with state-of-art software offerings, Asim Rhanja is viewed as an IT programming powerhouse known for designing award-winning software solutions, including building one of the first XML based business process management platforms for the healthcare sector. This revolutionary software enabled healthcare IT professionals to readily employ internet technology to automate healthcare management workflow. Since 2005 Asim Rhanja has diligently managed the company's innovative multi-national software development team. Under his inspirational stewardship, H2's products continue to be a leader in the healthcare IT market. Mr. Ranjha holds an MS. and B.S. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia, Canada.

Kasra Sadr has been responsible for shaping the marketing strategy and oversees marketing functions of H2. Mr. Sadr received his Doctorate in Jurisprudence from California Western School of Law, and thereafter founded his law firm, the Sadr Law Firm, specializing in business, tax and corporate development. Mr. Sadr is currently an active member of the American Bar Association and is admitted to practice law before all courts in California as well as a number of federal District courts. He has been instrumental in the organization, funding, and development of hundred of corporations, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Sadr has extensive experience within the technology and services industry, with emphasis in macro development and strategic planning. His experience in technology, business development, and business operations, makes him the perfect addition to our company.

A veteran manager and IT infrastructure expert, Barry Watkins serves as the VP of Product Development for H2 Health Technologies. His strong track record of successfully managing international teams and launching a vast array of small to multi-million dollar projects, has quickly made him an invaluable asset on the H2 leadership team. Prior to joining H2 Health Technologies, Watkins served as Vice President of Internet Products and Strategy at Visalus Sciences, Senior Program Director of IT at Specialty Laboratories, and held additional internet industry key positions as Vice President of Production for Tonos.com (an online music industry destination site), and Vice President of Production for Univessence Digital Studios (a multi-national software, web design & production, and games production & distribution firm) where he managed teams in Los Angeles and Shenzhen China. As a seasoned VP and certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Barry Watkins adds a wealth of knowledge in web and software technologies, mobile media and software applications, ecommerce and streaming media, client/server, and Internet application projects to the development and product lifecycle management of H2's powerful platform and solutions.
