The process is segmented into eight major phases, from project kick-off and web content management system implementation and integrations to user-acceptance testing and content import and launch.
strategy
Through a collaborative process that integrates the client’s objectives, key performance indicators to meet such objectives and business objectives, we establish a document on the vision and purpose of the health management system. At the end of this phase we have determined the best solution for our client.
functionality requirements
During this phase, our team collects requirements, plan resources, estimate timelines, and identify integration needs. At the end of this phase, we deliver a complete project plan with estimated milestone dates and delivery dates. A team is assembled and project manager is assigned.
solution design
In this phase we assemble a design document detailing the site’s user interface, information architecture, site navigation, and visual design. These documents generally include annotated wireframes based on the functional requirements for the site. Finalization of the design marks the end of this phase.
customization
The development team begins customization and integration of our software solutions based on the design and the requirements documentation. The key stakeholders will have real-time access to the progress and collaborate on key decisions throughout this process.
quality assurance & testing
Our QA team reviews and tests the system, checking that all the requirements are included and functional in the system prior to delivery. During this phase, we also open the system to beta-testing by a group of end-users to ensure live usage of the all components. Any requested modifications are made at this time.
launch
During this phase, we release the health management portal to the public. We continue to monitor the system, analyzing user feedback to make further small refinements as needed. The end of this phase marks the beginning of the support phase and the conclusion of the development cycle.
training
This ongoing support phase trains designated teams for a complete understanding of the functionality and purpose of the various components of the system. We also provide tutorials and can arrange webinars and/or seminars for clients and end-users on a case-by-case basis. As the system evolves and new upgrades are rolled out, we follow up to make sure our clients are kept up to date with new features.
support
This phase marks the transition from implementation to support. Clients can choose from one of our two service packages depending on the level of support required. One of our dedicated MASH teams assumes responsibility for the ongoing care of the system moving forward.
After implementation of your HMS, we follow this process to successfully compete any additional projects needed during the support phase. Our clients can count on us to be a supportive and responsive partner beyond implementation, ensuring success with every site and online program they launch.
